We're very excited to announce that Oklahoma is the latest state to pass the Kratom Consumer Protection Act. The Governor of Oklahoma has approved HB 1784, the Kratom Consumer Protection Act in May 2021.
Oklahoma is the 5th state to pass the KCPA. Congratulations to the Oklahoma kratom team!
